*Handwoven Chaput kilims are mostly seen in the Aegean and Marmara regions, made by the Turkish nomad women by using old pieces of cloth cut into long pieces of fabric. Usually made out of cotton. They are usually made in two or three wings and carefully sewn together afterwards. The fabric is undyed, it's natural coloring and hues makes Chaput kilims unique.
